PLACING ORDERS:

You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. McCluskey and Associates accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa; along with PayPal.

At this time, McCluskey and Associates ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, McCluskey and Associates ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING:

To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number or email ilovegreekstuff@ymail.com and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at usps.com.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Most items are shipped First Class Mail. All orders $50 and up will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically ship within 48-72 hours and arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

DAMAGED/MISSING SHIPMENT:

Simply report it to your Mail Deliverer and request a claim number. McCluskey and Associates must be notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any damaged items. Please note: Once the claim is settled, we will issue you a refund or reship the merchandise. Damaged orders require a 4 to 6 week process period.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Any item(s) returned will be subject to a store credit minus shipping costs.
